Fuck football! While every other bar in the Detroit area closes and/or changes for celebrity-hosted parties for tourists, LUNA is keeping it real by not changing a fucking thing.

WHAT COMES STANDARD:

DJ CHRIS ROHN mixes your new favorites & old classics in the industrial, dancewave, britpop & electro realm. Playlists at http://www.chrisrohn.com.

$2 LABATT BLUE & BLUE LIGHT 'til midnight. Fuck Bud - they're all about football. Labatt is all about hockey, which is 10x more fun to watch, and their beer doesn't taste like tap water.

NO COVER BEFORE 10 O'CLOCK. Only $3 after. For serious.

LUNA is located at 1815 N Main St @ 12 Mile in Royal Oak, across the street from National Coney Island, which is an excellent place to get food after a party like this. For info on LUNA's weekly schedule, visit http://www.lunaroyaloak.com or call 248.589.3344.

Those who wear football jerseys will be ridiculed at the door.

Not that I'd expect any of you to actually own a football jersey. I could be mistaken.

Its just a stoopid torpedo shaped ball being thrown around.

I hate sports.

:devil Hockey is better, at least you get to see awsome fights, other than that the other sports suck.

Yeah, it seemed everyone panicked about going out to Detroit/surrounding areas and as a result, everywhere I went Friday night was pretty dead.
