Horror at Michigan Conventions

I was wondering if you all could help me.

If a horror writer was to choose only one convention to go to in Michigan, which one should it be? Why?

Didn't know California, Maryland, New York and New Hampshire were local to Michigan. I'd vote Marcon or Motor City Comic Con.
