Need a driver, can you help?

I have found it in multiple locations including HP and Driverguide, but I think that because I am on dial up, it will just not download to my PC. I have done it multiple times before just this time it stalls.

what is the actual device so I can do a search for it...usbver9.exe doesn't bring anything up

It is an hp external cd burner.... model c4453a
