For the none posting members

I noticed that more than a few none posting members birthdays have come and gone without any threads to tell them 'happy birthday'. Maybe a thread dedicated to them might make 'em feel more welcomed to join us and actually post --- once in a while anyway.

A birthday post and a personal PM linking them to the post works better. If they aren't checking the board it will go unnoticed. This way if they have it set right, they will get an email about the PM.
