Onyx Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 I just called them because I can not locate on their website what it costs me to call Canada. They can't tell me. Their customer service department that handles rates is CLOSED today. It won't be open until Monday. wtf? So the operator can't do a damn thing for me except ask me if there's anything else she can do for me. I am switching to broadband phone as soon as I finish deciding which one to go with.

I did find out that if you have an international plan, rate to Canada is 5 cents a minute. Like you, I couldn't find any listing of normal rates. Did you try emailing them from the site to their customer service? You may be able to get an answer that way. Just a thought.

I have the Neighborhood plan with the free LD anywhere in the US, but they conveniently left off what it costs to call Canada. I've emailed them and no answer. 8 hour response time my ass! It's been close to 24 hours and no answer. Doesn't matter now anyway. They are history starting next month. I contacted T-Mobile, my cell phone provider and they answered me immediately - I love them! I made the call with my cell phone - perfect voice quality and no problems connecting and I know exactly what it cost me thanks to their excellent customer service. They aren't answering from India either. MCI lost me permanently.
