Just thought i would say hello from South Carolina.

Its 75 degrees here and sunny...sooo nice.

I went down to visit my family for spring break...a nice 12 hour road trip.

Tomorrow, I'm heading down to Augusta, Georgia (where I spent the first 12 years of my life) to see my little brother that just got back from Korea.

I'm off to bed now...drank a little too much of my cousin's homemade wine.

See you guys SaturdaY!

Grr ... I hate you. Unless you bring some of that warm sunshine back with you. Then I'll love you.

I lived the first 10 years of my life in Sumter.

i had a great visit...enjoyed my goofy family...got to see my little brother that has been gone in Korea for the passed year...the wether was beautiful.

unfortunately my cousin Alex had a terrible motorcycle accident friday evening and ended up in ICU and needing several surgeries...

he's still not out of the woods, but he is doing much better. he really did a number on himself. i'm glad the whole family was able to be together for each other.

This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
