relationship length?

Well, in 7th grade my first b/f and I were together for about 45 minutes. LOL

My last relationship lasted just over a year, and I've been with my current boi just under two months.

Anything before that is debatable as far as "relationship" status goes.

9 days, because after 8 he kinda creeped me out, then 2 weeks for quite a few, because I got bored with them, I think the longest was the one I out lived, I can't say we ever broke up, and I'm still not at all over him in any way, it's been over a year since I lost him. I think I've had way to many short ones and had lots of time inbetween most of them by choice, now I can't seem to find anyone at all to even cuddle with.

My shortest was like a day or two. I was in middle school I believe and everyone has some rather short relations during this time. My longest is 5 1/2 years and still counting and before that I was with another for 4 years.

5.5 years and counting...That is because he doesn't count the "breaks" he took from Jaimie. HE WAS LIVING WITH ME for almost a year when this post was made. I had only known him since the beginning of 2005. So there is no way I am the 5.5 years. I got the same story though, He told me he had only ever had long term monogamous relationships, but when I asked him how many sexual partners he had, he said "too many to remember" Sexually active from 16-17 (so he said) to 28 with at least ten years of "monogamy" eaten up by only two women, would keep his partner count well below 5, unless he whored himself like mad for a year in between. Which he claims he has never been "like that".

Shortest real one was about a month.

Longest was with the girl I was married to for a year. We were together total for about 6 years.

Current has been about 2 years, looks to be "the one". And I couldn't be happier.

Shortest was a guy that goes to CC that you probably all know - so I won't mention names. I spotted him on Myspace and noticed he lived in the same city and thought his style was fab so I added him. When asked why I added him he was like "Cool well we should hang out sometime or something, since we live right in the same city" Hanging out lead to cuddling, which eventually led to making out which eventually...well I'm sure you get where I'm going. The course of it took I think 2 - 2 1/2 months. But after we did it at the end of that 2 months he got really distant it was odd, but people who knew him told me that he does this with girls all the time and that he's a huge slut....so I just let him go 'cause I was all "eww...possible STDage...I'll pass" I was so mad about it though because he played the game and seemed sooooo genuine about liking me, not like some nasty boy-whore, but I guess everyone gets deceived at some point or another. At least I'm with someone now who I know doesn't sleep around and doesn't cheat, so that's all that matters .

well my second gf was about 3 months

then third was an intense 2 years we stopped for a year then tried it again for maybe 6 months i got dumped for a guy that lives two houses down the street

fourthwas about 2 days i was used as a rebound and jelousy device so she could get her xback

and now ive been"officially" single since feburary with a relationship type thing ending in june

I told my g/f that even my meaningless flings have meaning usually.....that they turn into life long friends eventually and that I would never see anyone less than 6 months......USUALLY, and she said quote; THATS A LOOONG TIME!!!

Personally I think 6 months is short even for a occasional booty call type friendship.

I have been in many very short-term [by that, a couple of weeks] "relationships" with a few people by my choice.

When it was up to "them" the relationships usually average to about a few months.

Lets see befor I was married most of my relationships only lasted at the most 4 months and that was on the long side

Other then Hubby which it will be 5 years in May and we dated for 4 years befor that. I've only ever had what I would call one other long relationship which was about a year and a half. That relationship ended in Death and was just hard and I don't like to talk about it. I would rather remember the fond memories I had with that person.

I decided a long time ago that I didn't need another Man or Woman to make me happy. So when they started to annoy me, (not trying to be harsh) I got rid of them.

What I am saying that untill I met Parra Bellum I would have rather of been single then put up with someone I really didn't like.
