i've been following this thread for a lil while but being the add child i am i just havent commented on it yet...

but i would be WAY psyched to be involved in this! i'm a total fashion junkie. not to mention i make and sell a lot of my own designs and i would totally love to get more promotion for my business.

i'd be way into showcasing some of my stuff if you're interested and i'm available to model if your still looking for them.

oh and i think with a little tweaking city club might be do-able... you could make a platform come out from the bottom part of the stage, set up chairs, rearrange the "sit and talk" area to be photo booths... it would take some work but in my opinion that'd be what i'd try to do... it certainly is fairly large.

but ya that sounds like so much fun

If I charge the clothing companies for the ability to be part of the goings on/runway show I need to figure what would be appropriate. I need to talk to someone who's been to a runway show before possibly.

I know that PinkEye/Vivid was in a runway show for Scailles.

And I know that Adam/ Mr. Anthropic from Chaos was ALSO in a Scailles runway show.

You should email PinkEye and ask her. She's quite prompt with responses, methinks. At least she was when I sent her fanart, but that's besides the point. <<;

I've so wanted a fashion show type of thing to come to Detroit for so long. I'd love to help out and volunteer if something were to come together like that, doing whatever. I wish I could be a model in one but I'm sooooo not that cute :blushing If anything, I would so go to it, and know tons of other people that would too.

I found myself some interesting connections and *MIGHT* be able to get space in the RenCen. She also has connections with a company that rents Hummer Limos, so I may try to put together hotel/transportation packages. It's good to work for a hotel sometimes! That's what's in the works...

thanks for the help with this it was starting to look like no one cares and if that is the case whats the point if they dont care about what they wear then we may as well just all shop at the gap or whereever perhaps its just because i am not really known by people that well but i thought that others would still care about what they wear
