I'm on it, and I thought "hey why not give this to DGN, they could make a group, well some people might not like it" then I figured "well what about when people actually throw events" Maybe if we got a visual representation of users and where they all are we coudl better plan where to throw said events so it wouldn't be a huge drive for some people.

You can do this with Google Earth too. So who's going to start? Probably worth noting that if you don't want to give out an exact location you can always do some nearby landmark, store, etc.

How do I add Mephisto's to the map or is that an admin only ability. I see city club but no others.

I also think that red should be DGN women, blue should be DGN men, and white should be 24 hour resturants (or something like that) for after the clubs close.

Sounds like a good color scheme, and yellow should be people who's house you can crash at. lol

It is, but I created an account for the club so people can add it as a friend.

Also I think it's a great indicator of um... what DGN members live where and what sex they happen to be. Not that you can't read their profile to figure that out.

As far as gas goes, earth.google.com is great for showing that, and a ton of other things too. This should be a more scene specific map.

This one has a way to put the map code right onto DGN. I think we'll have to wait for an energy spurt from Troy before that happens.

No necessarily better, it is actually good that we are on Frappr (IMHO) it opens up even more opportunities for us to bring DGN to the masses.

I really dig the pic banner widget that is on the MAP page. Everyone that signs up can put their pic on the widget. Maybe one day we'll be able to put the scrolling pictures on here. I have one from just my account on my myspace. Check it out.
