You know I've felt the same lately. I spoke with my mother on the phone today and she asked me if I have a fan blowing on me in my sleep. While, I've never heard of this causing neck pain, she said it can cause an infection of sorts. Maybe this is a problem? Just trying to be helpful....

I appreciate it. Actually, I think it is from sitting at a computer for 8 or more hours a day and letting my exercise routine slip a bit. It could be the fan though. Either way I used to see a chiropractor for maintenance and haven't for a while. I think it's time again. Also, massage would be nice. I used to do massage and like many therapists I don't get enough work done on myself.

Still kinda pissed at my parents. Technically since this is the year they graduated......this is the year I was suppose to get the house as it was to be their graduation gift.
