pissed off,

partly because I get irritable when Im very hungry, although I usually manage to contol that very well.

but the main reason I feel pissed off right now, is that an ex gf of mine just tried for the umpteenth time to contact me over myspace.

I feel pissed off and I feel distressed because all of the memories of pain and anguish I felt as a result of her have resurfaced in my mind.

I would like to feel better if anyone could be so kind as to help a guy out.
