I am not doing terrible....but I don't feel content either.

I've been *trying* to date after not really dating much at all in 2 years. I pretty much stopped all together (for a good reason) and now that I'm *trying* I am a total loser magnet. I've tried everything from internet (myspace etc...LOL), meeting through friends, and meeting at coffee shops/bars....and its pathetic.

I think its sort of weird to TRY anyways...doesn't it just usually HAPPEN? And don't get me wrong...its not that I'm trying too hard....I'm not like desperate or anything....but I guess I'm just trying to sort of get out there and I'm out of practice.

So I guess thats my little rant to conclude that I am also frustrated LOL

I can't "date" in the traditional sense at all. It feels so awkward and forced and unnatural and just...icky to me. I know a lot of people have fun with it, but I don't. My unsolicited advice is to just do things to expand your social circle and focus on having fun. Let Meeting Someone happen naturally on its own.

Meanwhile the arcade repair guy is getting a divorce, and his wife's new hookup is smashing the machine's screen in with a crowbar.
