We had drill over the weekend. Had a PT test, and then alot of sitting and nothing-ness, but I am out of shape, so I hurt a wee bit.

I just got off the phone with the one customer I cannot tolerate talking to.

She's the type of person to twist what you say, ask irrelevant questions, throws you the "race" card whenever possible, I'm being discriminated against type, I'm Red-Lining her type,

It took me 10 minutes of explaining the same answer to her. You try to talk to people where they can understand you. She on the otherhand is WAY below the average comprehension levels of a competetant human being.

I could stand losing her commissions. really.

She wants me to call her back to explain why her rates went up. I think I just might not. :confused But I probably will being the "good" service person taht I am.... :confused grrrrrrrrrrrr
