Y'know CityClub really should have a very low drunk driving rate due to the fact that they stop serving alcohol way before closing and you have time to stay and sober up.

I'm not really a drinker so I don't know, but isn't 2 hours ample time to sober up after a few drinks?

It depends on how much you had to drink and your body mass , also some people have a dman good liver and bloodstream to process all the nasty shit in liquor.

You're forgetting that a good portion of the people leave after 02:00 anyhow.

But yeah, even more reason to extend the bar hours everywhere, for those that would stay.
