I guess the only things I can say to introduce myself is taht I like to create: clothing, designs, photography, art work, music, mystery, pain... anything creative... well, in a visual aspect of creations pic work better, so here are some links to my clothing creations... if anyone is interested I can be found on eBay under the same name... th.sin.

Love the outfits. Was wondering if you were the model in the pics? W#elcome to DGN, dungeon is in the basement, prepare as the spankings are about to begin. Love the pics in your gallery. I am also into photography. Wish I could take pics as good as the ones in your gallery. Guess I just need practice.

Hey.. Welcome to DGN.

You are not dumb. You're new. No one will chop your head off. Although they may want to spank you... Hehehe. Moderators are here to make everyone's experience better. If you've posted in an inappropriate place, they'll generally just move it and give you some guidance for the future. Things are pretty clear anyways once you snoop around and get to know the place.

Glad to see another creative person here. You'll notice there are a number of us into the arts. My primary education and work experience is in design. I do a fair bit of photography as well. Nothing like making cool/interesting looking stuff...

I think your clothing design is off to a good start. The cross motiff is fantastic. I have thoughts on how you might change them to better suit the forms of the body, if you're interested.

EDIT: Just looked at your photo gallery. I really like a lot of your work. B&W is always cool and I really dig the distressed/antique feeling of them. Do you mess with them in Photoshop a lot or are they film prints that have been manipulated outside the digital realm?

Very nice. This time next year, I'll be able to wear things like that. :grin

Thank you, Draco1958, for welcoming! I do model what I make... taking those pics drives my hubby crazy, as I have an idea how are they supposed to look, but it hardly ever works this way. B/W portrait-like pics were made by a local pro-photographer, who's been teaching photography for years... lucky bastard, he knows, what he's doing, and he does it good... what I have there doesn't even show the beauty of his art... but unfortunately he's too unconventional for our area here, and getting a show with nudes is virtually impossible around Traverse City... too conservative, too much retirees (I misspelled it, didn't I?)... But if you are ever up here (in TC), check out his stuff at the Gallery Fifty at our beautiful State Hospital building 50 (ex-mental Institution) (not the best representation, but gives some idea of what a gorgeous place it is)

I think I'll post some more interesting pics of it... outdoor Halloween pics in my Gallery were taken there... I Should better quit boring you with this... as I could talk about it for hours...

Hey Msterbeau,

Glad to hear you liked the designs... and of course I'm interested in any kind of input/suggestions. Bring it on! I could definitely use ideas! Especially considering that I never had any formal education in design and such... just foreign languages (but you can probably tell, that English is not my native language already)...

About pics in the gallery: close up portraits I didn't take, I just "filled up the space on the pics with my head", but there was no digital manipulation, they are scanned real things (mostly done on Polaroid). The aged looking ones (the color) are done by a method of Polaroid lift off. I did mess around w/Sepia tone one (Halloween ones, black feather costume), that were taken on a regular SLR, b/w film, sepia tone added while developing, printed on unconventional paper (gave a bit vintage look)... also just scanned in. I wish I knew more about Photoshop, but it took me a while even to accept a digital camera (in the beginning it made me mad, as something that would take you so much work to achieve in a manual process working with a negative and camera setting, can be done so fast and easy with digital, urrrg... but as long as realize that it's a totally different medium, as different as painting and photography, I'm OK)... so I think a few more years and I'll be learning Photoshop. Photoshop seams intimidating when you do not know where to start, sigh. Oops, I beter get to work, as I shouldn't be on-ine anyways... Cheers

Thank you! And maybe you can already wear things like this just altered and tailored to fit you! :cat:

Head Wreck!

Wow! You are from Wales?! I spent a few days in Cardiff last year! I love it there! Lucky Dog you are!

Hey, do you know Welsh? I started studying it a while back when I was in school (back in Europe), but not having a teacher, just a book and audio tape I had to put in on hold to have more time for languages that I had to learn for school. I was fascinated by that area in school (my major was in linguistics with bias in etymology/history of language)... Anyway... Sweet! I didn't know this community is so spread far out of the boundaries of Detroit!

..have to get back to work now... See you

i'm exceptionaly bad at welsh, my familys dialect is on the verge of dying out as no one speaks it at my folks, and my grandpearents speak the local southern dialect.

i'm trying to learn the main southern dialect, to help job prospects, but unfortunatly, arts and languages arent my grasp, my sister is blessed with that.

i live across from the Gower Penicular, on the side of Mynedd Pembre. fantastic place. much prefer it to other areas i visit, though i am experiencing detroit in may.

Where did you study btw? i'm envious of those that travel tbh, and love to hear travel stories.

OK ... Here's some scratchy sketches to illustrate what I was thinking.

My main concern with your designs is that the thickness of the cross combined with the "arc" at the top of the mesh creates an awkward "pinching" right obove the horizontal element of the cross. I tried a few solutions to "fixing" this. Version 1 takes most of the fabric of the shoulder, leaving a collar around the neck and the mesh going straight over the shoulder. Version 2 reverses the arc so it stays away from pinching the neck and also mimics the curve at the top of the neckline. The shoulders are padded or otherwise made to look more square-ish- like the cross. Version 3 ... I left the arc but thinned up the cross a lot.. enough that the horizontal element no longer pinches. Granted , it also makes it a bit more risque... :whistling I also cut the hipline pretty high and the center plunges in order create a counter arc to the one at the top...

Take a lookee:

Sweet! I like that! Quite a bit! Now, don't you steal it (the design, as I'm going to make them all!), OK? Please, promise (I had that happen before)! Well, I know you won't. But I LOVE YOUR IDEAS! I'll have to post pics of those designs when i bring them to life. The only problem i find is purchasing black fishnet fabric. Our fabric stores here suck (avtually we only have Jo Anns) and EBay is not always reliable. I have some blk fishnet left so far, but will run out soon, if I go crazy with these pieces. Do you by any chance know good sourse for fishnet, D-Ring tape, etc... is it strange that I ask you that (kinda girly talk)... well, my hubby is a bit into fashion and can tell you right off the bet garments by Betsey Johnson vs. Sharagano vs. Helmut Lang vs. Lip Service... so I kinda got used to that... men & fashion industry. And did you create those images with photo shop? Was the model in fishnet and you filled the ares with black? Sorry if these question are immature (in respect if PhotoShop), I told you I know nothing about it... By the way, I remembered that one of the previous pics of that top I attached had a shrug over it, so here are more and better pics of that Cross Top (in the ebay listing, but at )

Any cool suggestions for my Garter pants? Well, I guess time to get back to my sewing machine... literally, I have to finish an alteration order by tomorrow morning (sometime I wish it was my daytime job... but then maybe I wouldn't like it as much anymore). Talk to you soon, th.sin

Hahha... steal? I wouldn't have a clue how to make one of these. Although I could ask my mom... she's amazing at making clothes. You're welcome to use my modifications... I just want to see what they look like finished. They're pretty crude drawings... just graphic overlays, really. Done mostly in Corel Painter. The model was nude so I didn't have to worry about covering up other clothing.... Looking at the EBay images... I really like the materials you use. Particularly what looks like a heavy felt or something like that. No suggestions for the garter pants... Keep em coming.

Corel Painter, eh... I have that program, I should dig around in it.

fabrics: mostly fleece, fishnet, knit, velvet... everything comfortable & stretchy... and that will not be difficult to take care off (all design are machine washable and will not fall apart after the 2 nd wash, like many of the DIY creations from Ebay... I had that experience when purchasing work of others, sigh)... Back to work...

This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
