Right now I have a really bad crush on a guy, and I think I might be going crazy because of it. I think of him all the time. I think he's throwing in hints, but I may be too dumb to catch them. If I could just find out for sure whether he likes me or not, I think I could move on. But, for now I'm stuck with this wicked crush. One of those where when you think of the person you bite your lip so hard you could make it bleed. I keep thinking of "#1 Crush" by Garbage. I haven't had a crush this bad in ages. I feel like a high school girl...

My best friend had a crush on a woman for two years before he screwed up the courage to talk to her about it. They were good friends... she kinda knew what was going on.. in the meantime, he was more often then not, an emotional mess because of it. My advice: Talk to him about it and then deal with whatever the answer is. The more you wait, the more you're going to wander off into unhealthy fantasies instead of reality.

Yeah I have one of thosse right now sorta lol ... Just come out and ask him .. if your going to go crazy if you dont, you have nothing to lose. My crush isnt that bad, I mean Im not consently thinking about him, but he does enter my mind in romantic fantasies at least once a day, atleast lately =) Never really abundantly sexual .. just romantic, thats the kind of person I see him as. Thats the thing with crushes they can be anything you want in your head =)

I agree with Bren, I like them, they are heathly, Does this mean I dont love the one Im with? HELL NO IT DOESNT. I love him to death no one could ever take his place in my heart.

Well, I am generally not too shy a person.

I came to a valuable conclusion.

for example:

like at a club when you want to dance with someone.

Ask them.

Chances are if they say no, you will probably never have to see them again, they are half tanked to care or remember

Also, people love it when they know they are loved/liked/etc...why wouldn't they want to know. Let them give you thier piece as to why it wouldn't work out...maybe you will see why it's not meant to be rather than dwelling on it and regretting not saying something before it's too late.

You could miss out on something great and you'd never know!

Sometimes the other half is too shy too. Step up to the plate!

Rejection is hard. I know. But to at least know that that IS a possibility of rejection, it can make it that less hard if you are rejected.

In my truck there is a leg garter hanging over my gear shift. I caught the garter at the wedding of Mark McKinney's cousin who is a close friend of mine. I also got to see KITH live at the State Theater several years ago when they went on tour. It was great.
