:devil I just heard through the grapevine from a friend,that two friends of ours got something put in their drinks,this past weekend,all I can say is, whoever is doing this is going to burn. I started covering my glasses with aluminum foil,and never taking my eye off of them.I have also heard that this has been getting worse since this past New Years Eve.I am not trying to scare anyone,but just keep an eye out for anyone that we do not know acting suspiciously.

Not to bash this site but......everyone close to me noticed, since I stopped hanging out with DGNers when I go out...this has stopped happening to me. Not just at cc but at Mephistos too. Now I am not saying it is any of you regulars. I have had this happen at a little side bar with another online group. And that is where the problem lies I believe. Think about it. Your on a public website telling the whole world where and when your going....it could be ANYONE. I don't like posting on websites when I am going out anymore.

i still dont understand why someone would "ruffie" (or whatever) someone who came with someone else...

Logically it would seem like the best cadidates to be "ruffied" would be single women that nobody knows... not people that everyone knows who are at the club with someone...

I guess I am just wierd, but it seems like whoever is doing this is going about it all wrong... and it seems like they are not learning from their "mistakes"...

Or, they just like laughing when people get messed up due to the stuff they slip them.

I can pretty honestly say that this has never happened to me. Have I getten so drunk that I thought or made silly accusations that something else was up? yes. But no, looking back, it was probably just the long islands.

Just as an experiment, try drinking before and just drinking ice water all night for a few weeks and see if it happens when people THINK you are drinking and try to slip you something.

But seriously, I have never done an illicit drug in my life, maybe if someone slippe me something then i could experience it without the guilt associated? hmm, thats a thought...... ok, umm no.

I was ready to beat the shyt out of someone for nothing. I mean... if you wanna make out with me and not die I'd say just buy me another long island it's cheaper anyway! Here is a simple solution. I've worked in the bar scene for years. It happens more often then you think.

Don't tell people who you don't know where you are going and where you will be and what time.

Don't leave your drink un attended. Just plain stupid.

It doesn't matter if you cover your drink then return to it. How hard is it to poke a hole in the tin foil or lift the napkin up.

Watch your drinks, know your friends. Stop being so goddamn trusting.
