I don't know Doctor Who, but I probably would've voted Borg anyways because when I was younger I would watch Star Trek with my dad and the Borg episodes always seemed to be the most dramatic and coolest...

That is incorrect, Daleks are mutants that live in the robotic shell. They would first have to get past that shell. Dalek=win

That is incorrect, they are evil if you don't want to get assimilated. Most of the time the evil one doesn't think he's/she's/it's the evil one.

That shell on the Dalaks is not a problem nor is the shapshifting ability of the Founders. Nano-probes my freinds. The Nano-probes would just assimulate the robotic shell first and then the mutant inside. The founders would not be a problem.. infact "the great link" would make it easy. Drop a Drone from space into the sea of founders. The founders would be assimulated on a cellular level as fast as the drone could pump out nano-probes.
