No I dont think so, Isn't there a law in A2 that the land owner has to repaint it anyway. They have to put new paint down. Jarod was saying something about it .

But of course if you need help

I have no problem being the same room with two hot girls helping them paint and getting all sweaty :whistling (Im asumming meg will be helping too and no ppl Im not talking about myself in the third Party lol)

Nope, I do...I called and asked. They do have to repaint it anyway but I have to put at least one coat down or the maintenance crew will charge them for multiple coats. Boo.
