Red light green light go!

A man in Colorado was fined $50.00 when it was discoverd that he owned and use a device called an opticon which changes red lights to green. The only problem for this guy is - he is not allowed to use it only fire fighters or medics can use this device during emergancies. He found it on ebay and used it for 3 years to get to work faster. :laughing

Basically it's like a strobe light, just need to hide it well enough and make it look like a normal light for something else.
