It's one of these: May 27, 28, or 29.

From what I've heard so far most of the Industrial acts should be on Monday, but things could easily change between now and then. Best bet is to grab a schedule the week beforehand... and I'm sure Real Detroit will have a guide in their issue the Wednesday before the festival.

Thanks for the info!!!

YESSSSSSSS!!!! I was wondering if it would be all three for Planet of the Drums and Dara is on the list! havent seen him not absolutely wreck a venue everytime. gonna be great!

Ah, OK. My friend Rob was telling me about this in very vague details a few weeks ago. Now I know what he was on about. Kill Memory Crash and Nitzer Ebb make it worth it for me.

ANybody know anything about parking?

phee i suggest parking on cobo roof-- plentiful and fairly cheap to my memory.

omg its today its today !!! =) jake's in the shower right now, i've got people coming over to drop their stuff for the weekend, i've got all my necessary tech fest items out and ready to go (pretty/lighty things and my binkies) and in an hour and a half my favorite holiday begins!! weeeeeeeee :p

i've got long black dreadlocks (the extensions not the falls) a long zebra print slit skirt, and a bikini on.... come say hey if you see me =)

Turns out I'm going after all. I wasn't planning on it but when a woman like this:

b7915699.jpg

wants to meet up with me, I have to say yes. Before any of you guys (and gals) start drooling:

A) She lives in St. Louis

2) She's taken

Finally) She's a good friend of mine and I'm very over-protective of her, but for good reason.

Anyway, I'll be there from 3pm 'til whenever so if you wanna meet up, cell me. If you need my #, PM me before 2pm or call FarrIL (if you have her #) and get it from her. If her sister doesn't cop out, they're meeting up with us as well.

I saw Nitzer Ebb last night.... it was great

Posted

i think i'm still stuck in a state of continuous musical orgasm.

this weekend KICKED ASS -- nitzer ebb was amazing, i was very impressed, and richie hawtin totally blew me away. i spent the last hour and a half of demf dehydrated, totally devoid of energy, and just dancing my heart out.

*happy sigh*

Nitzer rocked

Planet of the Drums and Photek completely owned me. I havent heard shit that bangin in a long time.

Speedy J was great on Saturday night too.

the last few minutes of chemlab was pretty damn good

Kooky Scientist was on point as always (a long time fav of mine) and Rob Hood Following was damn near perfect.

I have never understood the Hawtin thing... Seen him probably 10-15 times. he is a good dj but his sets are... well... boring.

Now Derrick may before Nitzer Ebb was throwin down. Would've rather had that to close the night out with

over-all. Besides the heat, this was one of the best years since in awhle. havent had this much fun since the first two
