Too lazy to Google?

Anyhow my favorite is my skin flute :D J/K

I learned long ago I'd rather play other people's music. Just about any idea or melody you can think up has already been thought up, layed out in a song, and covered 2-3 times if it was any good.

I tool around with the Bass a little here and there when I get motivated......

1960_jazz.jpg

This was what it looked like......then I pawned it in desperation for some cash.

DUMB DUMB Move...since it was so old (1960's) and had been passed down from person to person.

I now play with my husbands bass a little here and there. I coudln't tell you what it is though.

It has strings, and it plays low toned sounds..... :laughing

Guitar. I suck. But I love acoustic guitar almost more than anything.

There is a reason why so many awesome musicians use it still to this day. Mine was built in 1984 and doesn't have MIDI. I have to use a MIDI to CV converter, yet for bass it has no equal and is worth the extra effort.

 Oh my god. If somebody would've let their kids do something like that to my babys, I would've had to choke a b****. I play a vintage (about 30 yrs old) Slingerland kit. Hence "slingerlandstyx." Five piece, practically mint condition with all original hardware, and full set of Zildjian A-series cymbals.

fave axe at the mo is split between a stingray 4 copy i have fiddles and re aranged the coil wireing on a humbucker so i can switch not only between polarity and coil tap, but change the coil from a series to a parralel.. all the knobs on it are now pull pots, and it confuses the hell out of people at times but sometimes i want a punchy single coil sound.

the other is a handmade electro acoustic bass.

i have a 50th aniv jazz bass but i never did get on with it. its now waiting for me to buy new tuning heads for it in an attempt to get it to keep its tuning longer than a minute of play. when its in tune its got a nice punch to it (more than i can get out of the musicman copy), but my god its a log.

Crank. a friend of mine has a hot pink BCrich warlock with the batwing shaped headstock. nice guitar, but he's built one himself out of paduuk. it wieghs more than my jazz bass but my god the sustain on it is HEAWGE.

tempted to make a coffin shaped bass for myself out of boxwood. its not pretty but i was going to laquer it anyhow, but its light and gives a lot of sustain. i think when i rig it like the original stingrays (through body) with a gibson style headstock it should replace the cheapo copy i have as fave axe
