The Scary Guy is our kind of guy. With 85 percent of his body covered in tattoos, Earl Kenneth Kaufmann recently petitioned an Arizona court to have his name legally changed to The Scary Guy. In February, a judge granted the Tucson tattoo shop owner's application, and The Scary Guy was born. Here's the 44-year-old businessman's name change application, the judge's order, and proof that Mr. Guy (we call him The) isn't trying to dodge any criminal entanglements.
