I found the dirt on the place I work at

:devil I just found out the dirt about the place that I work at now.But don't worry I am not out of work.

I talked to some other employees about reviews and advancment,and it was something that I had never heard of.

What is is,is that you have to take a shop test,and pass with a certain amount of correct answers,or you do not get a pay increase aand you have to wait 6 months to take another test. Some of the questios also pertain to stuff I am not even working on,or have no idea of.The turnover rate is somewhat high also.

I have been offered higher paying jobs,which I will be considering at other places.

When one of those pull through,I am taking the higher paying job.

This job basically was just to get be back into the routine of being able to get up early and go to work.Don't worry I am not going to walk out,but when the opportunity hits I am taking it."MONEY TALKS,BULLSHIT WALKS"

If I can better myself even more I will.
