Cutting of the hair

I'm going into the salon this week to get my hair chopped a certain way but I can't seem to find a photo of what I want. My hair stylist wants a pic so she can see exactly what I want.

Lemme explain.. Longer in the front and short in the back. I want the back to be short, layered and choppy. I want the front to be longer without many layers... punky!

I can't find a f*#@ing pic of this style to save my life! If anyone knows of a site that has anything I discribed, could you please list it for me? Pretty please? *begs*

Oh yeah, I'm also going a red RED color with a few different shades of red for highlights. =)

That kinda sounds like the cut I had wanted. I could never find that great of a pic either. I figured though it would not work well with my hair. Its wavy and thick. I would have to straighten it everyday and I do not have time for that.

I used to have my hair a lot like that picture Brenda posted. I think it looks better on men, and I looked good with it. I'd look even better now that I've lost weight. Too bad I don't have time to grow it out again.
