The best time is whenever the urge is felt. If that happens during working hours and not on a break, oh well. Sheet happens.

And I read this great book that gave me the confidence to poop in public.

It's called "Everybody Poops" :laughing parents, you know this book right?

The only precaution I have about doing the public pooping, is sitting on the seat. I have to layer the seat up with t-p or use those seat covers.

I agree that the best time to take a dump at work is right after a break because yes you are getting paid for it and it draws out the time that you have before you have to go back to a job that you hate and doesnt pay well. at least thats how it is for me. if they ask why i was late i tell them i was having problems. if they really want to know what the problem was i will tell them. if they look at me strange, Hey you asked! I dont have a problem taking a dump in public only because of the fact that no ones poop smells good, everyone farts while they are doing it from time to time, and it is a normal body function everyone does it, if you didnt you would go in your pants or you would die because your bowels exploding. i would rather have someone laugh or hold their nose because i farted then risk my life. AGREE? i dont use tp on the seats because i know that you cant get anything from them however they can be pretty disgusting. i pick and choose i guess. anyway, yeah pooping is pooping. everyone does it.
