If you don't want the woman that it comes with, I'll take her. :-)

I shared a picture on my IG from the video the other day. It's not edited yet, though.   https://www.instagram.com/p/DfDiQjsxrAg/?cplk=MXV0bGx1MmdybGJmNg==

DGN please help me not rage quit, I seriously want to cry some days. It's unbearable.  I wish silly comments was all I had to deal with because it's actually funny but like these poor people get dumped here and they want us to fix their whole life like 70 years of shit and I can't even fix mine.  I can listen but they need real help and resources that don't exist.  Omg I can't quit. I can't fucking quit but it's sooooo much bs. I see why the salary is better than most MSW jobs because you work in hell. I know,  I'll counter that doing fetish videos. I'll get a new tattoo,  um, um, get a new piercing, sing a song and suck a duck, idk. Coping skills are fun to explore.

Patient: my breasts are too heavy for this bra. You don't have big breasts you don't understand.  My response: Yea, I'm glad.  My actual thoughts: ummm, what is happening? why you looking at my Itty bitty titties. Fuck you, lady. At least she complimented my eyes and hair. I guess.
