Not if they're smart.

There's my short answer.

And I'll ditto what people have said about women liking confident men. Jon had, literally, NO confidence when I met him.

But I met him on the 'net. If it hadn't been for the 'net, he wouldn't have had enough confidence to say hello to me on the street.

I've worked really hard to boost his confidence. I want him to be able to stand up to real jerks. The more confident he gets, the more attractive he is to me.

I've had to explain to men in the past that my desiring a more confident man doesn't mean I want to be pushed around and lorded over. A lot of guys just don't get the difference. Huzzah to those who do.
