"sheet-heads" is a running joke. Many people call arabic peoples towel heads. What they wear is actually a sheet. I use to term "sheet head" when refering specifically to the islamic fanatics that want to kill us simply for being non-muslim. I never use it for Arabic peoples in general or Muslim people in general.

Your reading to far into that. The various terrorist groups who openly are trying to kill all of us, simply because we are from the USA and non-Muslim... Why in the hell would I show them an respect? The issues is not respecting the terrorists... the issue is the term "Sheethead"... while you may be refering to only the terrorists... I think (and I am guessing here TBH) but I think, that a non terrorist muslim would be pretty offended by the term...
