VBIED = Vehical Borne Improvised Explosive Device or Car bomb for you civilians ;o)

Hesco = Basically a giant sand bag. Its a metal fencing material connected together into squares and lined with a filter fabric. Then filled with dirt. They are used for blast protection. They can be weaved together to create a wall as long or short as you need it. they range in size from 2'x2'x2' to something like 6'x6'x9'.

Hooch = The buildings she lives in, also called a SWA hut.

SWA = South West Asia.

LT = lieutenant

Alright, heres whats going on:

I am in TQ (Al Taquadum). I was supposed to leave tonight. Well that had to change. I leave tomorrow morning. I don't know when I am leaving Kuwait. I could leave tomorrow night, or friday night. This is all I know.

I don't have too many plans besides a baseball game, and a wedding, and spoiling my dad on fathers day if I get home in time.

Oh, and I'll be at the bar, or getting inked. Hurray.

Update:

Well I managed to fuck my back up to the point where I am on a profile for 5 days, and I have to start phyisical therapy on monday. Not really looking forward to it.

I would wake up every morning and be in a world of hurt. I stil am, but hopefully I can take care of all this and just get back to work.

Oh, and I probably won't be on DGN much anymore, I've been thinking about things, and well, I really don't need too much more drama in my life. If I am on, it will be to check messages, and maybe update this forum. Other than that, unless things can find away to work out, then I really don't see me on here much longer.

Update:

Well. I should be home in late September. We got extended only 10 days and thats because *gasp* the Army fucked up some paper work.

When I get home, I will be looking for a new house to call mine. I've been offered to work at Ft. McCoy, WI, training new soliders that are going to Iraq. It's another paycheck, and I'll still be stateside. I have family only 4 hours away, and then if I needed to go to MI, it's only 10hrs-ish, non-stop. But with my driving, its faster.

I'm in the process of ordering an Evening Dress for when I come home. It's cute, and so me. Ha, I sounded so Valley Girl there. I love it.

So there's your quick update, sorry I don't have any more info to give you, but hey, atleast you guys know just as much as I do!!!
