TomCat Posted May 4, 2005 Author Posted May 4, 2005 I'll save you a seat in the commiserating section Lady.
Troy Spiral (13) Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 Still single. And not particulary unhappy about it. There are benifits to being single, lots of them. I'd like to meet someone, but not due to some uber-desire to be "not single". >tries not to get started on his "western culture, virtually from the day we are born, force feeds us the idea that we cant be happy and single at the same time..." speech. :doh
mycroft220 Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 Single with no possibility of changing that. I love playing music and writing too much to concentrate on anything else!

Guest MsMaldoror Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 You always seem to have lots of women around you at CC... It is nice to be independent, but I agree that it's nice to have someone to share things with as well. I've lived alone for years, and though I'm often comfortable, I do get lonely :tear . Still single. And not particulary unhappy about it. There are benifits to being single, lots of them. slingerlandstyx Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Taken, for the first time in a long while. Going on 3 months with no arguments, fights or the like. =)
torn asunder Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 i'm of the decided opinion that people suck, and i'd be better off living alone in the mountains somewhere, where with my lack of survival skills, i could slowly starve to death in peace... (you know, it only takes one jackass to fuck up your whole day, doesn't it!?)

Troy Spiral (13) Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 You always seem to have lots of women around you at CC... It is nice to be independent, but I agree that it's nice to have someone to share things with as well. I've lived alone for years, and though I'm often comfortable, I do get lonely :tear . Unfortunately that's exactly what it is , they are just "around". Lots of acquaintances , a few that are, interested basically only in me for that "one thing" but couldn't care less about me from an actual serious relationship standpoint. Its amazing how much a blow to my self esteem "well ill screw around with ya but im not interested in a relationship with you" is. (not in those exact words but that's the gist of it in a few cases) Isn't that supposed to be what guys WANT? hah =( I have very few actual "real friends". Virtually non-existent are the single, "real friends" that im attracted to , and they are attracted to me as well. =( I don't blame them. Being "disabled" as i am now , im not exactly much of a catch relationship wise. Cant go out more than a few times a week due to all the headaches and such getting out of control, don't have a good job anymore, had to declare bankruptcy, medical bills up the wazoo, not sure if im ever gonna get totally "heald up" or not... bleh, ok revealing way more than i should. >shuts up=)

Nienna Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Having the lonely feeling does suck. Been hitting me a lot more in the last few years since the car accident. Even more than the conversation or the sex, i miss the cuddling, god damnit. I miss that a lot. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> *Hugs* I so totally identify with that.
SpidersMoment Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 still taken, but more in love then ever. My guy and i finally met, for the first time ever, the week of my birthday....................and i'm having withdrawals.
