Even if I were a fan (and good gods I am not) I would still want her to bloody face the consequences of her behavior. She's a celebrity, hell, I'm sure she has a chauffeur and drivers and everything she'd like -- she didn't need to get behind the wheel drunk.

And now she can deliver "beauty and excitement" to the otherwise mundane lives of the other inmates for 45 days. This isn't a miscarriage of justice, silly fans, this is a brat who wants to be mollycoddled.
