I was over it really quick actually. It's not like I really knew the guy, I met him through a friend and just thought he was hott so I asked him out. Yeah I was pissed for a while and I ranted about it for close to a year, but fuck it. If he's that shallow he'll probably wind up with a pretty girl on the outside but a nasty slut/bitch on the inside. Karma will catch up to him sooner or later.

I now just delete and block them and let them figure it out for themselves.. if it honestly didnt work and they didn't do anything wrong, then I try to give them the closure they deserve...

As for myself, I have never been dumped. I guess I'm just the type that jumps ship before it sinks.

All my breakups have been no drama, I have tried to be respectful and empathic. Its not like I lost all emotion/caring for them, things just didn't work out and thats just life.

After reading some of the stories on here, it amazes me how cruel people can be. I guess deep down inside I truly am an optimist.

Regardless of the circumstances, the worst way to break up is when both parties still love each other, and you have to break up because it's not working for some other reason. It's very hard to get any type of closure in that situation. I've been through 2 such break-ups, but luckily the break-up didn't last long before we got back together the second time around.
