I've learned that if you go over a week with out a cigarette cold turkey... then smoke one, but not just smoke it, just for the fun of it hyper smoke it (as soon as you exhale the last hit, your next inhale is another hit, until it's all gone) that I get sooo freakin buzzed that I think i'm high...

woooo..... I'll have to do this once every two weeks... hehehehe
