Urchin to me doesn't taste good, it's just cool: actually, I think it tastes sick but the point of eating urchin is not to have something that tastes good, it's to eat something that lets you know you're alive-it tastes like nothing else! And it's gellatonous and flourescent green! i find that after i have urchin I have a wicked smile on my face the rest of the night and i just know that I've eatten the coolest thing in the room, no matter where I end up afterwards. Out of all my friends, i don't know anyone who likes the taste of urchin, but we order it everytime, like a tradition, just because you can't get an experience like that eating anything else.
