Rayne Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 (edited) So, show us some pics! Damned newlyweds! Good morning, my lovelies! I wish I could, but I need my Toshiba laptop back from Froyn to switch the file type for the board ...and myspace ... and photobucket ... lol. So when I do that, I'll post them. They turned out good! Msterbeau Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Might be because they're saved with IBM byte order instead of Mac.

Msterbeau Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 LOL, they open no problem on here. But they won't upload to anything. Oh. Well then... that's because they're WAY to big to upload, silly. Look at the file size. They're all 18MB - 25MB! Open them and resize down to 300K - 400K or something like that.
phee Posted November 10, 2006 Author Posted November 10, 2006 *smacks Phee with a pillow* Abuse.... *sigh*

All my photo editting software is Windows based.

Msterbeau Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 I can't figure it out!!!!! *pouts* I'm not sure why they make this particular function so obtuse... Nevertheless, here's the answer: In iphoto, under the "share" menu, choose export. Click the radio button next to "scale images no larger than." Enter your desired pixel size. Click export and choose a filename and directory. Poof. For pixel dimensions, I'd use something close to 600x800. Or the reverse depending on orientation. I'm going to assume it allows you to constrain the size so the height to width ratio stays the same.

I did get one to upload to myspace ... but it's still having issues to Photobucket and here. I resized it to 604x800. Edited November 11, 2006 by Rayne
