Grrr! Sprint released the Metropolis records ringtones ... but Verizon hasn't yet!!! They were supposed to today!!!! I want Sprint back!!!

Verizon service sucks here. I drop more calls with Verizon than I ever did with Sprint.

I had Sprint for 6 years, their customer service was great, then all the sudden their customer service started royally sucking. So I can say Verizon's customer service is better.

I used to work for a place that sold cellular phones. They'd give us phones to demo so we could tell customers how great they were. Sprint is the only one I ever kept. I had Sprint when I first met Phee. He had Verizon. He was on a contract, so I signed with Verizon. I regret it. When we're both out of contract, I'll probably switch back to Sprint if there isn't anymore options out there. (I also wasn't happy with Cingular, Nextel or AT&T).

But as for service, in my expierience ... Sprint beats Verizon in the tri-county area.

Oh, and Verizon added the Metropolis ringers this morning.
