What do you do?

Official title is "IT Specialist" and I am currently assigned to the Helpdesk. I basically run around answering stupid questions, fix software, hardware and network problems, and hold a user's hand while I walk them through the whole "drag & drop" concept. I do love the work and helping people, somedays it's just too much stupid for me to handle. I have a feeling you and Munin know exactly what I mean.
