I ordered a part from a company.

The company is based in Canada, and they used someone that is not UPS, to ship the part to me.

The company owner, sent the part off with the shipping company last THURSDAY, and here Tuesday is coming and going, and STILL the part has not arrived.

I feel that if the company owner had used UPS, instead these airheads, I would have recieved the part, yesterday or sooner.
