Windows XP added IP6 support with SP2... maybe SP1... it's been a while. It's not installed by default but can be intalled without much fuss or even a reboot.

WELL... as a life long member of the Tin-Hat club..... I got it to work fine...(& I do not like that guy)... & my Vista seems to have never given me any trouble... what DO people hate about the Vista so much???

i dont know how many updates vista has went through. but the first half-year, it had terrible backward compatibility. probly not as bad as when nt first came out it couldnt ran half the non nt proggies without some issue
