Yes, I have one, and use it daily around season changes.

I never was very congested or stuffy before I moved to MI. But after moving here, I found at a certain time of year I get all congested. It has really helped.

It was recomended by my Yoga teacher last year. It takes a while to get the hang of using it, I snorted water my first few tries LOL.
