Wow I'm sure if someone made a browser "Red Bird" for lack of a better term that focused with Native american points of view, or Caucasiotron focused on white supremecy there would be an outcry of racism i dont see this as being any different... Just my personal opinion but i've always believed "whats good for the goose is good for the gander" to quote an old euphamism

The funny thing is, he didn't even create the browser, he just made a skin for Firefox. I'm pretty sure if he makes $1 off it, he'll be violating* the open source/copy left agreement.

I have to agree with Gaf, as to why this bothers me. The aspect of large corporations promoting and endorsing lifestyle choices to captive audiences makes my skin crawl. This is one of my main beefs with the internet, in general.

.....there are PLENTY of media, mags, t.v. stations...ALL for the blacks...

.....there are PLENTY of the same for Latinos, Asians, Arabs...& the list goes on...

Part of it is the fact that you don't need the browser to be tailored to do that, just pop in the appropriate words and resources appropriate to race will come up on their own. It's like he's telling blacks their too stupid to do that on their own.. and the sites he chooses for them, he probably has some financial tie-in to. So he's pretending to benefit them when in reality he's the one that benefits. A magazine like Jet caters to fashion, hair, makeup , stuff like that. I don't have a problem with that. But filtering the entire web to a race-centric point of view?
