look, if your boss is cool with it, your family shouldn't turn on you for hair, i wouldn't think-and like i said, you'd be the coolest guy in the bar then...

When I dyed my hair red last year my daughter just burst out laughing and said she liked my hair better dark. It's all good, I think she is getting use to her dad looking "different". :laughing

yeah! I woke my daughter up at like midnight the other night, accidentally, listeneing to Ian Curtis too loud, and i thought about it-my dad never did anything that cool.

When my duaghter was younger I went to her school to deliver a gift to her. It was at the end of the day when I walked in and after a few minutes one of her classmates asked her, "is he your cousin?" and she looked back at her friend with total deadpan and said, "no, that's my dad." :laughing

Sooth, Mohawks are badass! You actually got me to thinking how I would look with a mohawk, only leaving the full length as is. It is 34 inches long, and brushes my ass. Wonder how an ass brushing mohawk would look...Hmmmm

In short, I say go for it.

For some reason now I'm thinking of Wendy O Williams. :laughing

A mohawk would look pretty tight, but trying this might be better. Get a mohawk, but lleave the sides of your hair uncut. Ive seen brandiedoll from chaosdetroit use that look before. Youll be the only one with it, plus it looks pretty hot.

Do it for those of us repressed by "The Man", careers, gfs, wives, anal job restrictions, or whatever. Do it for us! :grin

tempted to get a deniro style "mohawk" when i get back to being just muscle and bone again.

probably make wearing any headwear easier on the field

I would challenge the idea that a mohawk would be less maintenance than your current 'do.

for a while I could only grow hair on parts of my head (long story) so I did a mohawk. I say do it, it is a cool look.

When all my hair was able to grow I normally did the fohawk. now, my hair is too short for that.

My current "do", hmmmmm. I would have to believe that less hair is easier to take care of. A streak of hair in the middle would be all that I would have to concern myself with. But, challenge away I will beg to differ.

My kid had one last summer and well ihave never heard a 9 yr old get so many compliments about how cute he was, hell we would be driveing and people would yell out of there car about how nice his hair was.

Go for it sooth, it's a chick magnet.

Oh God no. Your hair is beautiful. Don't fuck with perfection.

The other thing you could try out is to get some hair glue and make a "fake" mohawk in the comfort of your own home. While, yes, the rest of the long hair is there, you would have a better idea of how it might look. Just a thought . . . .

I like longer hair but I understand your concern about the summer heat and trying to maintain it and all. I have long very thick hair semi wavy and it drives me nuts at times. I wish I could get it chopped off real short but I do not think that would look too cute on me.

So I say go for it! Do it up!

And remember to post pics! :grin
