Detroit constantly gets ripped off and lied to. I grew up here. I remember when our block was covered in trees, full of children, and everyone knew everybody else. I plan to live here for the rest of my life. Hopefully, we'll be able to reclaim our city.

I'm thinking how I love how people think they've understood what I've said when they only half hear me...It never ceases to amaze me the things they inform me that I've "said". And since I'm practically a broken record around here, I end up repeating the same conversations over and over so I generally can't forget what I've said

Where I am from we didn't date...using the word dating was ghay and would get you kicked out the spot...we hung out, drank, smoked, broke shit, hanging a the crate yard climbing railroad tracks, regular southwest Detroit and Delray stuff...now I have that same attitude except why can't it be hang out, drink a beer, some gin, coffee, whatever...(legal no firesetting) just have fun, no bullshit, no drama, no stress..no crazy ass ex following you around trying to sabotage or no guy friend cock blocking a bitch..damn

I just heard the geese flying overhead again, though if I say anything ms. I am everywhere even though I am watching tv would say that isn't possible. As if she is always right. For some reason she keeps changing where she was whenever I'm talking about something that's happened. There is no physical way she can be in two places at once or hear over loud machinery she's using while wearing sound blockers from across the yard. I still think she somehow wants to be me or more like me. Trying to say she said or did things I've done, except she's been caught a couple of times by another person right after I said something then she claims to have said it only to have the other person say "no you didn't" and tell her I was the one who said it. I felt so vindicated that day. Unfortunately, that person isn't around each time this happens. I guess there's a lot of junk I still need to let die.
