seems i'm a bit more of a hard-ass regarding the rules and enforcing them, than many people here thought necessary. i've often wondered if i were to step down & leave, if people would come back...

To be honest, it's because of the rule enforcement that I am even here on DGN. As Troy knows, this site is truly a lifesaver for me...and that's why I'm here ALL THE TIME...

In the beginning, I seriously thought I would get a PM requesting me to stop posting so much, back in 2012, but it never came, I gained confidence, posted like a crazy person and thus the birth of Board Domination Week

So if anything, I thank all the Mods who enforce and reinforce the "Play Nice" rules. I really got tired of signing on to other sites just to read about what someone wanted to...um...do to and/or with me just because of a face in a profile pic. There are a plethora of social sites out there and they are all becoming the same with concern for its users emotional states at a minimum.

So thank you for maintaining the sense of security DGN promotes...that's what makes this forum so inviting
