Oh my god, I just shreked like a little bitch!! I was attempting to find a therapist on my insurance companies website and I come across the name of my old friend from like 13 years ago who I met while I was a secretary at an outpatient mental health clincic and she was an intern in the MSW program, she is now doing private practice...holy shit, that was my girl....she would be awesome but I was a little concerned about her after I introduced her to City Club back than and she kinda went nuts, left her husband and shit...glad she got back on track...damn. True fucking story.. we had so much fun.

I sit in my room it's quiet, I feel lonely I didn't go to work today, I am not going tomorrow, I frankly feel like all that place is is a paycheck but like my coworker said "don't be a prostitute"...I get what she meant now...she knows that place has no kills your values, moral, ethics, and just uses you up until your damaged goods and no longer useful....

How pathetic am I? I had to be consoled by my twelve year old niece. She felt sorry for me because of the many things my multiple injuries prevent me from doing but she also encouraged me. I felt better but still...

Tried to fucking resign from a job that is counterproductive but can't even do that, supervisor talked me out of it....well, he's attempting to..shit has got to change and from what I hear they been promising to make these changes for years...but nothing. The union is so incompentant they ask this cheap ass ageny for a 5 percent raise, dumb fucks...jumping to point z when point A hasn't even been established, like for example, um...getting us the resources we need to do our job..yeah, I'd start with that. If they can't get enough computers, if they can't become electronic in the medical records system, if they can't fucking even make it to where the computer's function properly......what the fuck makes the union think they will give us a 5 percent salary increase!!!
