Just saw on the news that a series of explosions occured today in London.. A few buses exploded and they found an detonation device in a nearby subway.. Was only on local news so it wasn't too detailed..

Fuckin bastards.

When I left work this morning, the injured/deceased count was up to 190. There were at least 7 explosions throughout the area.

my freind will from London .. just called me to say he was ok .. he just got off the hammersmith and city line train like 10 min before the first blast exploded. I am so glad he is ok .. he is shaken up a bit.. his brother.. he has not heard from .. but doesnt think he wa son any pf the trains.. all the moble phones are jammed right now .. and the count is 300 injured so far I know off.. he will call me back later to let me know what is going on .. wtf is this world comming too.. for real.. I am sad about this

I've heard that the tube, between Paddington and Edware Road stations and the tube between Aldgate East and Liverpool Street stations had time-bombs which detonated, derailing and stopping the trains in them as they passed the spots where the explosives were set. In one situation I've heard that a train coming from an opposite direction smashed into one of these stopped, overturned trains.

There was a third attack between two other tube stations and a fourth which destroyed a double-decker passenger bus near the center of the city. Casualty reports are naturally, premature at this point. I've not been able to get a call through to my friend Andrea, in Balham, London-she takes the tube to work everyday. I've been a bit worried but I do not think that she'd be on any of the lines that were hit at the times of the explosions. I've sent her an email, as well.

Swansea University was evacuated today after a bomb threat also. that had better not be a sick joke.

its like being in the 70's and 80's again with the IRA hopping about. but with more fanatacism and better organisation.

on the whole

this comes the day after london won the hosting for the 2012 olympics. i just hope that the foreseen profit outlook from tourism industry for this wont be affected. this country needs this tourism.

but at end of day, cant live life in fear of this, life must go on, were not pussying out like the spanish (not that i support the war at all). if anyone this will give that slouching slob clarke a kick in the ass to stop wasting time banning toy guns and start spending time improving police and security forces

My bf lives in england at the moment not in london but i was still going loopy not knowing if he was safe.
