Msterbeau Posted October 13, 2005 Author Posted October 13, 2005 I dunno, are we? :whistling :whistling Yes definietly. We're discussing the back seat of a car. That's it!!
Shade Everdark Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 I see this car in the parking lot at work sometimes. It makes me cry.
Rayne Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Yes definietly. We're discussing the back seat of a car. That's it!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah.....yeah, that's it!! :whistling
unchaste Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 I love small cars and this is the coolest of the bunch.... The orginal Mini Cooper S <{POST_SNAPBACK}> *sigh* A man after my own heart. I have always always always wanted a Mini. I went with my dad to test drive one of the new ones, but I couldn't drive it, because it was a stick. It was beautiful, though. My other dream car : a hearse. I think I'm going to beat up Reaper & take his.
Msterbeau Posted October 13, 2005 Author Posted October 13, 2005 It's is so cute! I saw a silver one on a large flatbed trailer yesterday. It looked so tiny and alone. =(
unchaste Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 I saw a silver one on a large flatbed trailer yesterday. It looked so tiny and alone. =( <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Those are all over the place in Europe. I want one, too.
holliwood66 Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 I guess I am a Mercedes or Aston Martin kind of gal. I will likely buy a Nissan for my next ride tho~
Head Wreck Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 meg knows where its at. AC Cobra :D but i will allways have a soft spot for a GT6 Mk2 and a friend has one of these (same colour and condition) BMW 3.0 CSL even down to the chrome grills instead of the awfull plastic ones while on subgect of beemers M1 and the BMW Turbo concept car it was based on (if i can find a decent photo) but cobras own.
Head Wreck Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 proof he likes all things french. including thier worst cars
Paper Hearts Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Ha! I guess Citroen and Puegeot are sort of novelty to me because they are very uncommon here. For cars that we can get in the US, I like Subaru and Audi.
holliwood66 Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Ohhhh, I used to drool over Audi's....dated a guy for a bit who had an A8 *sigh* but I vowed never to fall for a crooked Attourney so no A8 for me~ I wouldn't turn down an Audi tho f offered one *hehehe*
Head Wreck Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 http://www.audiforum.nl/Models/model_images.php?model=Avus tbh. if i moved stateside i'd get something uncommon, same reason i wouldnt mind a pontiac grand am sedan here. something differant. here people modify cars to look like thier performance machines, when in reality thier cheap rustbuckets, vaxhall novas and corsas, ford fiesta's etc. usually with some insanely stupid spoiler positioned that if the car really did need a spoiler that big it'd tip the car onto its back hatch. and lets not forget exhausts that sound flatulent instead of powerfull (laughing my ass off following a nova up the hill, his exhaust loud, and its engine being screwed, foot to floor, while i was 1/8th on the pedal having to ease of every so often) so nice pug 205 1.9 injection, stick two small turbos on it (much prefered to one big one) maybe even replace the 1.9 injection, with a 1.9 16 valve injection peugeot put on thier big saloons
Paper Hearts Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Vaxhaul are really GM or Chevrolet, correct? I think the 'worst' cars I saw in Britain was the Punto. Fucking Punters, name says it all. Are those Ibeza?
Head Wreck Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 indeed. so are opel fiat punt are prime offenders of chav moding seat ibiza (named after the spanish island are basicly a VW polo mf'd in spain by thier spanish subsid
Paper Hearts Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 I knew that about Opal. I see, about Ibeza. An Ibeza's not bad then. Fiat are the offenders-
Head Wreck Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 http://www3.mg-rover.com/rover_GB_en/stati..._limousine.html wouldnt complain. as british as afternoon tea and crumpets
Paper Hearts Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Yeah, Rover. Those are nicey, nice. We don't get those here, either. We do get Landrovers, but no Rovers. Beyond Landrover for British cars...there's a few old MGs around and of course, the new Minis, but Mini is owned by BMW now.
Head Wreck Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 aye they have a nasty habit of actually exploding. and the supercharged minis do tend to drop all the oil in the box on a spur of the moment. and thier to fecking huge for whats inside it new mini's are the anti-tardis
Paper Hearts Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Well, space is much more sensibly used in the new minis than in say your average US SUV, such as Dodge Durango. Truly, you have about as much room in a durango as you do in a civic. I've test drove a new Mini and it was so cool. I was surprised about how roomy they really are.
