France's unemplyment rate is pretty high (like many socialist nations) sometimes going well over 10% (using the claimont method of calculating unemployment)

but I read that the unemplyment rate for Muslims in France is 40%.

With that sort of discrepency is anyone really shocked that something like this would eventually happen?
