I feel that Rayne should just straight up tell her daughter, that her singing isn't so good. I feel that if she finds out at home, that would be the lesser of two evils. I feel that it would be far more damaging to her feelings if she went out on stage and the crowd was not positively receptive to her performance.

That's what I was thinking. There's plenty other things she is good at.

If she knows that and goes into it knowing that, it will be much easier for her.

My other daughter, however CAN sing very well.

like of you DO tel her she doesent sing well.......offer her an alternative pathway to work out the kinks so that she can feel as if she's at least a potential candidate for having that skill....(they told me I sucked as kid too when it came to singing)

Trying to figure out how to GENTLY tell my youngest daughter she can't sing ... she wants to sing in the talent show ...

Just break it to her gently like my Boshy did, something like "Dude...you suck REALLY bad" should work You know I'm kidding, well I mean she has said that but don't say that to your kids. Good luck with that though, it's a hard thing to have to tell someone.

Happy I found my printer. I had to drive to Dearborn to get it, but they had three.

I set it up and had some difficulty getting it set to take paper from the front paper tray instead of the rear paper tray ... but I got it and once that got straightened out -- it works beautifully -- OMG, the high definition colour is WONDERFUL!

OMGoodness it's been a LONG day.

Extremely thirsty. I keep drinking and drinking (and no, not alcohol) and I am still thirsty. My belly is going to explode from being so full, and I am STILL thirsty! Ugh! *goes to get more water*
